Yes! You can make surveys either anonymous or identified, depending on their nature

TeamHeat allows you to add the following question types:

• Info card - for you to inform the recipients about everything you consider important
• Choose one
• Choose many
• Open-ended question
• Score question

Last two types also have the "relative" option - so that the answer can be applied to 3rd person. This is used for 360 and P2P reviews.

TeamHeat has many ways to add a colleague. All of them are accessible through on "Colleagues" tab:

• You may manually add a person via "Add team member" card
• Via a bulk import feature - group all the colleagues in the CSV file (the "comma-separated values"), where the column titles should be "Lastname", "FirstName", "Email", "Department"
• A self-registration link, which allows recipients to fill the same card as in P.1 on their own.

The parameters we calculate are based on the academic literature in IO Psychology. The sources also contain the formulas one should use to correctly measure the metric.

You may use one of the pre-made surveys on /standard-packages page, copy it to your survey list, assign the respondents and set up the mailing.

Or, you may create your own survey. For that you need to:

• Create all the metrics you want to collect on the "Parameters" tab
• Make your own questions on the "Questions" tab
• For every question, set up the actions and calculations you need
• To calculate the metrics, use the post-survey calculations
• Set up the respondent list and mailing schedule on "Settings" tab

Every answer, parameter or correlation are calculated automatically and displayed to you via graphs, sheets or text fields. 

No, but TeamHeat will need their e-mails to send the questionnaires.
